Sokyriany Community and Missanello Signed a Memorandum of Cooperation
With the support of NGO “International Partnership Fund ‘Friends of Ukraine’”and Congresso Nazionale delle Associazioni Ucraine in Italia, in May 2026 Sokyriany Community and Missanello officially signed a memorandum of cooperation, opening new opportunities for international partnership and community development.
To participate in the official meetings and signing ceremony, the Mayor of Sokyriany Community visited Italy on a working trip. During the visit, the parties discussed prospects for cooperation in the fields of education, culture, youth exchanges, humanitarian initiatives, and local government development.
The signing of the memorandum became an important step toward strengthening friendly relations between the communities of Ukraine and Italy and laid the foundation for future joint international projects.
