The non-governmental organization “Friends of Ukraine” International Partnership Fund was established in 2025 with the aim of developing international partnerships and supporting communities in implementing joint projects. We unite efforts to find international partners, strengthen cooperation with sister cities, and promote the innovative and cultural development of Ukrainian communities.
Our organization actively works in the fields of education, culture, international exchanges, and project activities. We support communities in preparing presentations, participating in competitions and grant programs, organizing delegation visits, and providing platforms for partnership signings during international forums.
Our goal is to unite communities, create new opportunities for cooperation, and contribute to Ukraine’s sustainable development through international experience and project activities.

International Partnerships
We establish new connections and strengthen existing ties with sister cities and international organizations, fostering the implementation of joint projects and large-scale initiatives.
Investment and Innovative Development of Communities
We create investment and innovation profiles for communities, prepare presentations tailored to the specifics of potential partners, and help communities become attractive to investors.
Support for International Projects
We assist communities during negotiations, provide consultations on organizing international and project activities, and help create effective cooperation structures.
Education and Culture
We engage managers, educators, and cultural figures in European internship and exchange programs, as well as in projects aimed at restoring cultural heritage and educational infrastructure.
Organization of Visits and International Events
We plan and host visits of international partners to communities, organize community delegations to sister cities, create visit programs, and provide platforms for partnership signings during international forums.
Grant and Project Activities
We assist communities in preparing projects and applications for competitions, support participation in conferences and initiatives for Ukraine’s recovery, including URC 2026.
