International visit to Seoul (Republic of Korea)

From October 27 to 31, representatives of six territorial communities of Ukraine made an international visit to Seoul (Republic of Korea). The trip took place with the support of the NGO “FMP ‘Friends of Ukraine’” and the NGO “Dobrobat”, which jointly implement international partnership and recovery programs.

The purpose of the visit was to establish cooperation with Korean institutions and exchange experience in the fields of innovation, digitalization, education, urban development, and reconstruction. The delegation visited key educational and municipal institutions, explored smart city technologies, and learned about the local self-government support system.

The Ukrainian communities presented their potential and successful recovery cases, while Korean partners confirmed their interest in further cooperation, particularly in the areas of digital services, education, and energy efficiency.

The visit to Seoul became an important step in strengthening international ties and expanding development opportunities for Ukrainian communities.
